  • Service Fees: Copify charges fees for printing services and related transactions, as outlined at the time of order placement.
  • Non-Refundable Wallet Recharge: Users agree that wallet recharges for printing are non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by Copify management.
  • Transaction Records: Copify maintains records of all user transactions for legal, accounting, and service optimization purposes.
  • Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to Copify’s refund policy. Users are required to notify Copify of any disputes regarding transactions within a specified period to be eligible for resolution.
